Supporting the Supporter: Carer Burnout Workshop
Caring for a neurodiverse child or adult, or working in a direct support role, can be deeply meaningful, and at times it can ask a lot of you.
This workshop is for parents, carers, disability support workers, and anyone in a direct role supporting neurodiverse individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stretched, or noticing early signs of burnout, and are looking for simple, practical ways to feel more supported and regulated.
In this workshop, I explore what burnout can look like, because it’s not always obvious, and how ongoing stress can impact your body and nervous system.
